started going to the gym for the first time a couple of weeks ago. i do an hour all-round circuit training, beginning with a run/cycle and ending on the rowing machines. no free weights. digging it so far.
- goal is all-round fitness, strength and gaining muscle weight. 63kg atm, goal is about 68-70kgsine
