    as an immigrant... I think it's a cultural thing. In the US, "Italian" is almost considered a race but French people are considered "white", when in reality they are both "latin".
    Also, I feel like here in the US, you don't have to have blonde hair/ blue eyes to be considered white. I'm still trying to figure out how that works myself. Just be aware that these terminologies change depending on what country you live, so chances are, you will always offend someone..
