Multiple suicidal terrorists could go to Africa, contract Ebola, giving them a couple days before high fever and the shits kick in like what happened to Dr. Craig Spencer. The terrorist could drink gallons of water, and piss out bottled ammo, riding the subway system and spraying his hazardous bodily fluids of mist into the air without anyone realizing for a couple days. Outbreak would run rampant as the hundred to thousand people who ride the subway breathed in his particles of terrorizing piss which could also be mixed with blood and spit. His reward would be 72 virgins waiting for him in heaven. What kind of security measures are in place to stop such craziness?
