I live with two women, and I go out with another. Lucky me!
Anyway, one of my housemates is an astute feminist, the other doesn't really understand it, but admits to not being that fussed either way.
My opinion, whether or not my opinion matters, is that Feminism has become a stage for power hungry women who feel threatened by men or a prop for women who have no self confidence. Either way, i see in the past that equality hasn't been thoroughly fair towards women, but I don't think singling themselves out is helping them in the future. But then, in the same instance, as long as there's a debate happening and people are talking, resolve and progression can happen. I don't think Feminism is the correct platform in the western world anymore though.
