^^ Regarding the "causes"... it's like the god vs. no god debate. Science is one step ahead and has theories that are very plausible and that are hard to refute.
It's way too much of a coincidence that humans start polluting on a huge scale, invent microwaves, and all kinds of wireless devices, goes nuts with genetically modified food and pesticides and generates all kinds of things and situations that affect humans and magically Cancer explodes and becomes a major global issue.
Then it's quite common for Oncologists to tell you after you've been diagnosed with cancer to eat as much organic food as possible, to avoid processed foods, to avoid unnecessary stress and to try to live a "healthy life" as all these food and daily changes become like a second medication during your treatment.

And as for the cure and what you said... that's a yes and no. Cancer sort of starts the same way whether that is breast cancer or a bone tumor. So, in a way, yes, they all could be treated with the same medication, if the cancer is detected early on. The point here is to stop to rapid cell growth caused by defective dna/genes. A second medication could or would be necessary if the cancer is past the first stages of growth or if it has spread to other areas as a medical procedure (surgery, radiotherapy) could be possible in certain parts of the body but impossible in other, or because the medication used to target a certain tissue or organ could burn or damage another organ.

And yeah, I myself believe that a cure for cancer has been found. I look at data, and life experiences and it just doesn't make sense in any way that certain illnesses can be treated quite easily and cancer cannot.
