Don't go online, I don't think. If anyone is any good, most likely they won't want to do small runs or they'll be a digital print place.
Find a silk screen shop and go talk to them. They should have a few kinds of shirts in stock or be able to tell you where to get the kind you want, and then they'll print them for you.
