Also, definitely head on over to Pixologic site and watch all the free tutorials on the basics of zBrush. They're very helpful. I also snoop around on YouTube to see what's new. A lot are either hard to understand, of audio-less speed sculpt videos which can be helpful, but not all the time. Also, zBrush Central is the essential site for trouble shooting, critiques, and tips n tricks. They have a TON of great users that post tutorials, both video and step by step images.
