I spent a few long afternoons and nights in college with a girlfriend listening to Elliot Smith's Roman Candle and XO. I remember it like it happened 10 minutes ago and that was probably 15 years ago. I couldn't listen to these two albums for years after that, just too many vivid memories connected to them, it just felt weird. But that's the beauty I guess of music and memories.
