It's pretty disturbing up how easily people are manipulated. The kidnapping and murder of two Americans who were already in the region, while tragic, should not be a justification for entering into Syria's civil war.
Now that we are preparing to bomb Syria, it's easy to imagine things escalating to the point where a year from now we are fighting Assad directly, or even the war expanding across the Middle East. All without U.S. citizens having a single clue as the real reasons any of this is happening.
