Because the legalities have not be worked out. The copy right royalties and such need to be worked out i beleive. Europe will probably take a while given all the different parties involved. Canda will be a while to because of some laws new regarding copyright laws and mp3's and such. The technology is ready its the legal issues that need to be resolved. Its the goverments and the music companys that need to work there issues out.
