for those who use the term "loot" in this situation, read
Cornel West's "Race Matters", it's a pretty thin book/page turner. Towards the end he speaks about why the LA Riots were a kind of a boiling point. Was the boiling point for many African-Americans. I believe that this too is a boiling point.
Supposedly there are white supremacists in town (perhaps residence) who are launching molotov's. Wouldn't be surprised if they were part of the police force, just in plain clothes.
