search for online solutions - the trouble with software is it has to be sorted and updated to all your devices - in the cloud its always there ... on any device and even remotely ... when you need to send a payment or check an invoice - i'd also speak to your bank as they normally have solutions that fit to your account direct and means your not even inputting payments manually - the just go straight in from your statements - and generally have sections that take care of your vat and your tax automatically ...
