yeah expect less ... they're giving you full time commitment, benefits - you got no risk - in terms of having to find more work - that's why your hourly as a contractor is more - you're offsetting your risk of them not giving you lots of hours (or it should be) in my experience
... 22 years designer (5 in agencies, 3 as a freelance, 15 running my own stuff - and before it "doesn't add up backlash" I ran my own stuff before I left the last agency)
