Their money back guarantee doesn't apply if something goes wrong. And it's easy for disaster to happen because they lay down ALOT of fine print. So there is no "100%" guarantee from eBay. And their customer service is trained to wipe their hands clean of accountability and take no further action when one of their customers experiences bad service on their site. It's appalling!- that sucks, I've had only the best service when I was in that situation.monospaced
