Soccer is kind of like The Beatles for me: I guess I'm indifferent to it because I never really got into it, but have no reason to hate it.

The thing I like about soccer at a high level - and especially from what I know if it in Europe, it is AWESOME the way people follow and support their teams. There aren't any sports in the United States that are near religious in terms of followers and fans on the same level soccer is in other countries. I think that's really cool.

I also learned several years ago about all the leagues in Europe, how entire tournaments stop down so people can switch teams and play in other tournaments and leagues, then they regroup. And the way that one of the leagues work where the bottom two finishers or whatever drop out of that league to some other league, and the top two from the lower league move up to the higher league. Something about that is very cool from a competitive sense.

    • It really is a great game, of not a little slow at times. Slightly ruined by all the diving but great none the lessset
