    I've got some questions about this thing:

    1. Does it take place over about a month?
    2. What's the smallest number of days between a team playing? (looks like US is off till the 22nd for their next game)
    3. Do all team members stay in the host country between their games?
    4. I keep hearing people say "if the US moves out of group G." Does that simply refer to them winning, or do you move to a different letter group based on winning? Really can't figure this part out.
    5. Did they use a new ball this year or same one as before? I know there was a controversy in a recent world cup about the ball being radically different.
