    diet and exercise are a given but nobody has mentioned posture yet. If you make it a habit of keeping your head up, your shoulders back, your lower spine straight, your hips bent and lose your stomach will naturally be drawn inward. Simultaneously the full spectrum of your muscles will be used more often improving your over all physique and stomach.

    • I've been working hard to correct my posture the past year. My back and neck are much stronger.nb
