    Having a flat stomach is 90% diet, 8% training, 2% genetics.

    In 90 days I went from:
    179lbs 20% bodyfat
    to
    158lbs 12% bodyfat

    I maybe did cardio a grand total of 8 times, for no more than 30 minutes. My workouts were high intensity for no more than an hour long. Diet was key.

    I cut carbs to only my pre-workout and post-workout meals and ate 6 meals a day starting from 7am on, eating every 3 hours.

    It's all diet dude.
