Just heard screaming outside my hotel window. Looked outside to see some cops kicking a guy on the ground while his girlfriend sits handcuffed in their car. Another guy walking past starts yelling and gets in a shoving match with one of the cops, then while the cop is distracted the girl jumps out of the cop car and starts running down the street screaming with handcuffs still on. Apparently she got away.
