  Get rid of Java, avoid dodgy font sites.

  Last time I had a machine get whacked was a supposedly up to date XP laptop, a few years back, after someone thoughtfully shared a link to a dodgy site either here on on anotehr forum. Just watched it implode in front of me, as I tried desperately to pull the battery and power out... too late.

  But yes, exercise caution on teh internets.
