OR - yeah, I am trying more and more things (just off of a two year stagnant back pain issue, so I think it is related to not running for so long...that's the longest I've gone since I was 10). I always thoroughly stretch, but am doing more when I don't run.
Looking into The Stick (roller thing), but the foam roller might be good, thanks.
Off to PT next week, we'll see what they say. New shoes and inserts today.
(I do yoga, etc., etc. daily....quite frustrating)
