  We used AC for three years at my agency. We bought our own self-hosted license and modded the shit out of it. We even have a couple of those mods in their marketplace, such as showing who recv'd dispatched emails.

  The latest version is pretty nice. My favorite features are start AND end date on tasks, the way Notebooks work with sub-pages, customization of the dashboard, and the overall ease of use.

  That said, it does take a little bit of investment of time to get everything up and running the way you want, but we lived and died by AC (literally, died by it when our email relay would go down, thanks MailGun!).
