Its been a couple years, but St Lucia was great, everyone we met was so nice.
Pigeon Island in St Lucia was a fun little Hike. The Scuba isn't that great, although the waters are crystal clear. Rodney Bay can be Fun at night. We took an all-day tour of the island which guided us through the banana groves, sulfur springs, rain forest, waterfalls, Catamaran ride, Pitons, etc. I think the company was BareFoot Tours? We took our time exploring the cities Soufriere and Castries, the vendors will try and take top dollar from tourist, if your interested, make sure to work the price a little.
