He's going to have to learn how to let people talk, that's for sure.
One of the reasons I don't watch him much at all is that every time he interviews someone, it's just an exercise in seeing how little he can let that person talk. There's just so much interrupting and talking over guests to get some quip in before they even finish a sentence. Really turned me off after I realized how regularly it happens.
