i don't mind when people crusade against bad products...
...i just fail to see how the ipod is one of those.
there's no information that leads me to believe the claim is substantiated.
even the fact that this guy just decided to record his conversation with apple tech support makes me skeptical.
i think maybe the neitstat brothers should get a life...or at least a nomad jukebox and STFU.
