Cheddar- grated
Mayonnaise - tablespoon
Colmans English mustard - teaspoon
Peppercorns - ground
Salt- pinch
Paprika - half teaspoon
Worcester sauce...Mix all these into a bowl, toast one half of a slice or two of bread under grill, spread mixture onto untoasted side of bread, grill, when melted sprinkle over the Worcester sauce and place back under the grill.... Toast until brown and bubbling!
It's called welsh rarebit and is amazing!!!!
