Unfortunately, Hoefler’s response reiterates a notion of naivety on the part FJ. Although, it denies any agreement between the two altogether, it seems almost certain there was some form of an agreement, whether it be clear or not. Unfortunately, even if that were the case, Hoefler has clinically covered his tracks. To put it crudely, Tobias really needs to go read a few books on social science and business practice.
Nonetheless, it seems more than evident that Hoefler’s been exploiting Tobias, whether that be knowingly or unknowingly. I can only hope that he (Tobias) is able to somehow recieve some sort of compensation at the end of all this.
