  Great show! Very impressed with the acting and storyline.
  It took till episode 3 for me to start paying attention, and on episode 4 the single shot sequence was one of the most intense scenes I've seen.

  However, people that try to skyrocket expectation levels of new viewers by saying this is better than breaking bad, only hurt the experience. True Detective is a great show that deserves your attention or sure, but don't even try to get it on "THE" pedestal, at least wait till the show its done doing it's run.
