    Sensory satisfaction:

Sight - Seeing art, design, nature, etc. that pleases my undiagnosed OCD. Seeing harmony in inanimate (& animate) people, places and/or things.

Hearing - The sound of the rain, music that makes me tap my foot/feet, etc.

Taste - Well made food, drink and the like. Again, a harmony of flavour.

Smell - Pine trees, good wine or the perfume of a lady.

Touch - The hand shake of a new business acquaintance, a hug of an old friend or the kiss of a lover/wife/etc.

Knowing what I enjoy about each of the above and seeking it out whilst also allowing it to occur on a daily/weekly/monthly/yearly basis.
