41 this spring.
3 bedroom house/finished basementI moved out from my folks when i was 18. between then and age 27, i lived in a ton of apts all over toronto, with various roomates.
at 27 i got married, and we rented the main floor of a house in little italy..after saving for 3 years, we bought our house in Missisauga. been there now for about 12 years almost....as for roomates, I was lucky enough to mainly have lived with buddies of mine across the years....so it was pretty much all good-times, lots of going out etc....lots of good memories...
my wife and I are lucky enough that everything kind of happened at a really good time... we had/have good jobs, so we were able to save a LOT in 3 years, and were able to buy our house juuuuuust before the market went insane....
