    If you are a beer drinker...

    Hair of the Dog (strong ales, excellent food)
    Cascade (excellent sours)
    Gigantic (small + indie)
    Laurelwood (i havn't been, but like their beer)
    Deschutes (big brew pub experience in the pearl)
    Rogue (not a fan, but a good tourist stop)
    Double Mountain (if you make it up to Hood River on your 84 drive)

    Others which i'm sure have onsite tasting rooms... Breakside, Ninkasi...

    Good beer bars: Green Dragon, Apex, Belmont Station
