If you want a quick out of the city/ taste of the natural Portland area, head down 84 to Multnomah falls. Easy hike, epic falls. Eagle creek is a couple exits past that with a really cool hike down a path partially blasted out of a cliff face with some cool waterfalls. Both >45 mins from downtown. That's the tip of the iceberg but good for a quick tourist visit.
After that go to Bonneville hot springs for a soak.
If you're downtown around lunch time hit up the food pods on 11th & Alder for some really good, cheap, fast food. Eat This is my favorite.
If you're going to hit up Pok Pok or any of those trendy spots be prepared to wait... killer wings though.
Strip clubs are always recommended around here if that's your thing. Nominal or no cover, reasonably priced drinks, no lap dance harassment, sexy tattooed women. Devils Point is the most chill in my opinion.
