who the hell goes to Paris, especially American tourists, to drive a car????
What does traffic circulation matter?The Metro system there was fantastic, always on time, very clean and safe.
I wish Chicago could take a few notes from Paris in terms of the subway. Going in our underground stations and many of the above ground stations is like going into a dungeon or some experiment in public tolerance for filth, dim lighting and odor.
