Newsflash: Your spastic attitude, gratuitous oversharing, and general lack of anything resembling a filter is 100% what's preventing you from working in this "field you love".
Additionally, your design work is decent but nothing revolutionary. You need to tone it down 100%, take a step back, grab some humility and chill.
No diss intended here, but perhaps meds might help? Meditation? Yoga? Something.
