Eventhough the metal shop owner told me I could have them (the brass knuckles)... And I offered to return them all. I pissed off one wrong person (the maker of the brass knuckles) and my entire life was shit on. All the hard work, all the late nights, all the dedication and false promises I put into that job. Companies like Nike and Adidas don't give a SHIT about the individual and especially freelancers. I was never allowed to tell my side of the story, nor was I given a single warning by people I knew, trusted and greatly respected. That was my dream, it was shattered over the stupidest goddamn miscommunication. I took a year off from design after that. Never in my life had I been so heart broken. And know you know my story... I was proud of that job, that work and that was my dream. Now I work for myself... Adidas is a completely different beast and I no longer respect them because of issues with money, contracts, and shoeboxes. Yep, my shoebox. ENJOY! LIVE AND LEARN.
