i dont really feel someone with just 3 years can be considered an "expert" in the requirements.. what is the pay budget for this? the real one.. what it seems you re looking for is someone with 10+ years experience.. i know a lot of qbn'r who fit that 10+ year mark, whom i would consider an expert in this field.. i hope the pay is good. or else you might get some lying kid with 3 years experience who says they are experts..
isnt there a link above for this thing called KROP? didnt QBN used to ban people for posting these kinds of requests??
