It's a standard practice in many states (Texas, Arizona, others) for officers to arrest immigrants who are driving if they are unable to present a driver's license. They could be stopped for any reason or no reason. Once they're arrested for failure to present driver's license, they are passed over to ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) and then deported.

So far, the Biebster has vandalized his neighbor's house (with eggs), been photographed smoking reefer, was driving twice the speed limit while intoxicated (allegedly), was charged with resisting arrest, and driving with an expired drivers license. And those were just his crimes *within* the US.

Sure, who gives a crap about Bieber, but it's a disgusting double standard that this rich little punk can get away with everything short of murder, and other non-white immigrants in the United States can hardly show their faces in public without being detained by ICE, locked up for months, and then finally deported.

Biebs should be rotting away in a detention cell in effing rural Louisiana waiting for a bus to drive his ass back to Canada. Of course it's standard practice not to deport any group of immigrant nationals until you have enough of them to actually fill up the bus. ...he might be waiting for a while.

    • the big factor in his favor is he does in fact have a proper visa. if he's not careful tho maybe not for longprophetone
    • good point. but any one of his offenses may be grounds to revoke his green card. drugs, DWI, speeding + DWI = felonysarahfailin
