Went there last year for a week in February with my GF. Such a wonderful time, kind of cool to be there in the off-season, and with less tourists.
I would definatly find the Salvador Dali museum in Montmartre. We were staying up the block from The Moulin Rouge and just happened upon it. Also, we were just a few storefronts up from the cafe used in the movie Amelie.
The Dali museum is in the area around the Sacre Coueur, the chapel on the highest point in Paris. A great view.
Def. The Eifel Tower and a riverboat ride down the Seine.
Don't let people tell you not to do the staple tourist things, they're alot of fun and going to the Louvre, going to Notre Dame, etc were incredible.
