Brilliant work. Saw the wresting video and thought it was really interesting.
If I had to make one comment about your site, it feels like it could do with some kind of showcase at the start that rotates between your 10 (or so) best projects. There's loads of work on there at the moment and curating a set of the stuff you like best could make it more digestible.
Something like what these guys have:
