as i am near to get that, SO THANKS FOR THAT, it is quite hard, is it a double meaning this one? i am now talking about fleecing?? dont know it

what is it then on the elvis costtello when he sing it- 'with a jock for the flock and a hand up youre fleece'?? is it the same one here? if any had an idea on this it would be good it is for our crative forum at my job tomorrow
