Are they good? Most people who keep holding on to domains for years are delusional about their value.
Was the client ever contacted with offers? If he wasn't they're probably not worth much.
If they're really good, they might sell on Sedo Great Domains auctions, but you need to have them on your account on Sedo first for them to evaluate them.
