use em all the time mainly b/c i'm a sushi addict but.... i prefer those cheap square edged ones made from rough wood that you get in bulk. i cannot stand fancy shmansy rounded smooth ones or god forbid chromed metal ones. i'm white but my family and wife tell me i should have grown up in japan due to having sushi in my face and chopsticks in my hand and akira on my ipod 24/7.
