Maybe it hadn't finished saving completely at the time you switched to InDesign?
- happens to me when I'm saving large files and they aren't finished since it saves in the backgroundmonospaced
- yep i have the same problem in CC - never used to. files seem to take longer to save.fadein11
- it does this in CS6 too, btwmonospaced
