    Also there are so many better ways to stay energized minus those fucking energy drinks and caffeine. eat lots of fruit and veggies, go for a walk, water, eat low fat/ low sugar foods regularly throughout the day, I'm afraid to say it but...a vitamin supplement with a meal. The B vitamins are in like every energy drink so just take a B complex occasionally, you'll be amazed.

    • green tea is amazing in the evening. nothing wrong with coffee really just drink fresh water with it.uuuuuu
