these are of interest to me lately...
traveling more, I like the portability of these mini pieces. just toss a couple in the bag and be on my way. I have a nanoKontrol & an original launchpad that are portable now, but i'm not sure how much longer the nanoKontrol will make it. If i can't bring the keyboard, i've been using the launchpad as one lately. it's nice to have the range and getting used to the scales is pretty easy. then having two launchpads when back home, well I'll waste all sorts of time. from a video I saw though, the launchkeymini is as wide as a laptop so it is more portable than the microKorg I have now too. The launchkeymini has velocity sensitive pads as well as serving as triggers.
