  I once had a cave troll of a guy who I noticed was mouthing the words to himself as we passed each other on the street. When he shouted "HEY!!!!" I froze and turned around, he came up to me and said "I AM FUCKING BIPOLAR!" I was 100% certain this shirt was going to be my undoing, then he said "THAT SHIT IS FUNNY!" and shook my hand violently... Other then him most people just point and laugh.
