  Never heard of that, they only asked me when I had interviews if I can bring existing clients with me but this is clearly not a job for a designer..

  Agencies start to suck, really. It's pissing me off how they treat their individuals and crawl up the client's asses. My last interview about money went like "We can't pay you more although we'd like to. But you can have more responsibilities and work more! Great, huh?" I quit then and I don't ever want to work in advertising agencies again.
