It's actually nothing to be concerned about, if you want to assemble and protest for example all you need to do is tell the police. They will then help you organise yourselves and provide assistance on the day. The new laws are there to protect people from quickly formed groups with little or noorganisation which almost always descend into violence and unruly behaviour. There was a trend recently of people enciting mobs to gather via facebook and when they did gather it was chaos, people were hurt and damage was done to properties etc. Although on the face of it the new laws seem obsurd after giving it a little thought you can see what the jist of the law is. Also the examples of strange ASBO's are just that strange ASBO's there are many many other cases where total pricks have been served ASBO's
