  For those of you who don't live in Canada: Please bear in mind that most people in Canada are completely ashamed of Rob Ford. Any of us who don't live in Toronto are content to judge and mock Torontonians for electing such a buffoon and keeping him in office. It's sort of like when you watch reality TV and judge the morons and assholes for their stupid behaviour. That's how the rest of Canada looks at Toronto over the past few years.

  At the same time, there are some Canadians (mostly in Toronto and the surrounding suburbs) that will defend him no matter what he does. No matter what. You'll hear people defending his behaviour with things like "Oh, I don't care what he did, my sidewalk had a big crack in it for years and now it's fixed, so I think he's doing a great job!" or "He's really keeping taxes down, and that's what we voted him in for".
