I use a template that I've designed ahead of time but then modify as needed. The problem w/ QuoteRobot (besides the name) is how do you include other items in the bid that aren't text? (i.e. like samples, design or video references, etc).
I do like how BidSketch integrates in Basecamp's shiznits.
